RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase at www.lamer.eu, and you wish to cancel it, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to return it. As long as the products are unused and together with the gifts or samples sent in the order (if applicable) to obtain a full refund of the order.

If you want to change the product, the total import of the new product must be equal to that of the returned purchase. If it is higher or lower, the change cannot be made, and the product will be credited.

Steps to follow:

•   Prepare your return: Place the product you wish to return in the original box.

•   Request home collection or drop-off: To schedule a home collection or return at a drop-off point, please visit this page https://www.seur.com/devoluciones/pages/devolucionInicio.do?id=2375a25b-d2ff-4359-aa33-7c546545b67d and follow the steps provided.

•   Download your return label: Once you have completed the steps above, you will be able to download the return label needed to finalize your return.

•   Send the package: If you requested home collection, print the label and attach it to the package. If you selected the drop-off option, you will not need to print the label. Instead, you will receive a QR code by email, which you can present at the drop-off point when returning your package.

Return and exchange requests will be handled as soon as possible once they arrive at our warehouses and a new item will be provided to you via standard shipping (if that is what you requested) or order credit. In this case, you will receive the amount of the order or product in the same payment method that was obtained to make the purchase.

The processing time for the return and sending an exchange range between 7 and 10 business days from the receipt of the item. Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

You will receive confirmation of receipt and processing of your return or exchange by email.

Note: Only products purchased on Lamer.eu.eu can be refunded or exchanged. Currently, returns are sent to the local office with SEUR.

DAMAGED/FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEMS

If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or are not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.

To ensure prompt resolution, please provide the order number and keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online at lamer.eu; we are unable to process returns for purchases made at a La Mer store.
Returns for purchases made online will not be accepted for return or exchange at a La Mer store.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under law as a consumer, which may also apply.
