We process and ship orders within 2 working days, Monday through Friday, except holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed and shipped the following working day. Standard shipping will process in 2-3 working days. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed on the next day.

We are currently unable to accept orders invoiced or shipped outside each country. For Spain, we can not ship orders to Islas Canarias, Islas Baleares, Ceuta y Melilla.

All purchases are subject to a credit check before processing. Only orders for which payment is authorized will be processed and shipped.


Track your most recent orders by visiting the My Orders page in the My Account section or click here. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your orders.

When you click on My Orders, you will be prompted to log in with your email address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders.

After your order is dispatched you can track the delivery status of your order online with our courier by clicking 'tracking Number' in the tracking column in Order History in My Account.

Please note, the courier may not post tracking information online for up to 24 hours after the order is dispatched.


Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

  • Item(s) not available.
  • Difficulty in processing payment information.
  • Cannot ship to address provided.
  • A duplicate order was placed.
  • Cancelled due to a customer request.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
